Viewing and responding to prospective tenant enquiries and scheduling viewings.

Managing Enquiries
When prospective tenants are interested in your listing, they submit enquiries that you can manage from within Latch.
Viewing Enquiries
- Go to Marketplace > Enquiries.
- You will see a list of all enquiries across your listings.
- Each enquiry shows the applicant's name, message, and the listing they are enquiring about.
Responding
- Click on an enquiry to open it.
- Read the applicant's message and details.
- Click Reply to send a response.
- Your reply is sent to the applicant's email address.
Scheduling Viewings
- From the enquiry, click Schedule Viewing.
- Select a date and time.
- The applicant receives a confirmation email with the viewing details.
- The viewing appears in your Latch calendar.
Enquiry Status
Track the progress of each enquiry:
- New — Just received, not yet reviewed.
- Responded — You have sent a reply.
- Viewing Scheduled — A viewing has been arranged.
- Application Received — The applicant has submitted a formal application.
- Declined — You have declined the enquiry.
Converting to Tenant
When you accept an applicant, click Create Lease to start setting up their tenancy directly from the enquiry.
Tip: Respond to enquiries within 24 hours — fast responses significantly increase the chance of securing a good tenant.
