Publishing to the Marketplace

Once your listing is ready, publish it to make it visible to prospective tenants.

Publishing

1. Open your draft listing from Marketplace > My Listings.
2. Review all details, photos, and pricing.
3. Click Publish.
4. Your listing is now live on the Latch marketplace.

Visibility Settings

Control who can see your listing:

• Public — Visible to anyone browsing the marketplace.
• Link Only — Only accessible via a direct link you share.
• Private — Not visible on the marketplace (useful for drafts or pre-marketing).

Featured Listings

Upgrade your listing to Featured for increased visibility:

• Featured listings appear at the top of search results.
• They display a highlighted border and badge.
• Available as a paid add-on from the listing settings.

Listing Status

• Draft — Not yet published.
• Active — Published and visible.
• Under Offer — An application is being processed.
• Let — The property has been let (automatically hidden from search).

Sharing Your Listing

Click Share to get a link you can post on social media, send to contacts, or add to other listing sites.

Tip: Publish your listing on a Monday morning — that is when most tenants search for properties.
