Viewing Your Lease Details
Access your lease information at any time through the Tenant Portal.
Finding Your Lease
- Log in to the Tenant Portal.
- Click My Lease in the navigation.
What You Can See
Lease Terms
- Start Date — When your tenancy began.
- End Date — When the fixed term ends (if applicable).
- Lease Type — Fixed term, periodic, or rolling.
- Property Address — The rental property address and unit.
Rent Information
- Monthly Rent — The amount due each period.
- Payment Day — Which day of the month rent is due.
- Payment Method — How to pay (bank details or standing order instructions).
Important Dates
- Next Rent Due — When your next payment is expected.
- Lease Renewal — When the fixed term expires.
- Notice Period — How much notice is required to end the tenancy.
Deposit Information
- Deposit Amount — How much was paid.
- Protection Scheme — Where the deposit is protected.
- Scheme Reference — The deposit protection reference number.
