Accessing the Tenant Portal
The Tenant Portal gives tenants self-service access to their property information, maintenance reporting, and communication with their landlord.
First-Time Access
- Your landlord sends you an invitation email to join the Tenant Portal.
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
- If you do not have a Latch account, you will be prompted to create one.
- Set up your password and complete your profile.
- You are taken to the Tenant Portal dashboard.
Logging In
- Go to the Latch website and click Log In.
- Enter your email and password.
- You are directed to the Tenant Portal (if your account is set to the tenant role).
What You Can Access
- Property Details — View information about your rental property.
- Lease Details — See your lease terms, rent amount, and important dates.
- Payments — View your payment history and receipts.
- Maintenance — Report issues and track their progress.
- Messages — Communicate with your landlord.
- Documents — View documents shared by your landlord.
Mobile Access
The Tenant Portal works on all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. Access it through your web browser.
Tip: Bookmark the login page on your phone for quick access when you need to report a maintenance issue or check your payment history.
