How tenants view their rent payment records and receipts.

Viewing Payment History
Keep track of all your rent payments through the Tenant Portal.
Accessing Payment History
- Log in to the Tenant Portal.
- Click Payments in the navigation.
What You Can See
Payment List
- Date — When the payment was recorded.
- Amount — How much was paid.
- Period — Which rental period the payment covers.
- Method — How the payment was made.
- Status — Confirmed or pending.
Payment Summary
- Total Paid — Sum of all payments in the selected period.
- Next Due — When and how much your next payment is.
- Outstanding — Any balance currently owed.
Filtering
Use the date filter to view payments for a specific period (e.g. this year, last year, specific months).
Payment Receipts
Click on any payment to view its details. If a receipt is available, click Download Receipt to save a PDF copy.
Payment Instructions
The Payments section also shows:
- Your landlord's bank details for rent transfers.
- Standing order setup instructions.
- Any other payment instructions your landlord has provided.
Discrepancies
If you believe a payment is missing or incorrect, use the Messages feature to contact your landlord with the details.
Tip: Set up a standing order to ensure your rent is always paid on time — this builds a positive payment history and avoids late fees.
