Emergency Contact
Your emergency contact is used in situations where you cannot be reached:
- Property emergencies (flood, fire, gas leak).
- Welfare checks if you are unresponsive.
We recommend keeping this up to date at all times.
Contact Visibility
Your contact details are visible to:
- Your landlord and their team.
- Contractors assigned to your maintenance tickets (phone number only, for arranging access).
Your contact information is never shared publicly.
Tip: Update your emergency contact whenever it changes — this ensures someone can always be reached about your property in urgent situations.
