Understanding the Tenant Dashboard
Your tenant dashboard is the home screen for day-to-day tenancy information.
Common Dashboard Sections
- Rent Summary - next due date, amount due, and overdue balance.
- Maintenance Snapshot - open requests and latest status updates.
- Recent Activity - new messages, payment updates, and document changes.
- Property Details - quick access to your address and tenancy basics.
How to Use It Daily
- Check for overdue or upcoming rent reminders.
- Review maintenance updates.
- Open any new landlord messages.
- Download newly shared documents when needed.
If Something Looks Wrong
Use the Messages area to contact your landlord and include:
- The card or value that looks incorrect.
- The date you noticed it.
- Any supporting screenshot or receipt.
Tip: Check the dashboard before rent due dates and after maintenance visits so nothing is missed.
