How to change your name, email, avatar, and other profile information.

Updating Your Profile
Keep your profile information current so team members and tenants can identify and contact you.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Select Profile.
Editable Fields
- Full Name — Your display name across the app.
- Email Address — Your login email and where notifications are sent.
- Phone Number — Your contact number (visible to team members).
- Avatar — Upload a profile photo or select an initial.
- Job Title — Optional role description (e.g. "Property Manager").
- Bio — A short description visible to team members.
Changing Your Email
- Enter the new email address.
- Click Save.
- A verification email is sent to the new address.
- Click the verification link to confirm the change.
- Your login credentials update to the new email.
Updating Your Avatar
- Click the avatar area.
- Upload a new photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5 MB).
- Crop the image if needed.
- Click Save.
Profile Visibility
Your profile information is visible to:
- Other members of your account.
- Tenants you communicate with (name and avatar only).
Tip: Use a professional photo — tenants and contractors see your avatar in communications sent through Latch.
