Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.
Accessing Notifications Settings
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
Notification Categories
Payments
- New payment received.
- Payment overdue.
- Bank transaction imported.
Maintenance
- New ticket created.
- Ticket status changed.
- New message on a ticket.
Leases
- Lease expiring soon.
- Lease started or ended.
- Rent review due.
Compliance
- Certificate expiring soon.
- Certificate expired.
General
- Team member joined.
- New enquiry on a listing.
- System announcements.
Delivery Methods
For each category, choose:
- Email — Receive an email notification.
- In-App — See a notification in the Latch bell icon.
- Both — Receive both email and in-app.
- None — No notification for this category.
Quiet Hours
Set hours during which email notifications are held and delivered in a digest:
- Toggle Quiet Hours on.
- Set the start and end time (e.g. 10 PM to 7 AM).
- During quiet hours, notifications are batched and sent as a morning digest.
Tip: Keep payment and compliance notifications on email — these are the ones you most need to act on promptly.
