Customising the Dashboard
Tailor your dashboard to show the information most relevant to your day-to-day management.
Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard is composed of widgets that display different data:
- Portfolio Summary — Key metrics (properties, income, occupancy, arrears).
- Upcoming Events — Timeline of upcoming dates and deadlines.
- Recent Activity — Feed of recent actions in the account.
- Quick Actions — Shortcut buttons for common tasks.
- Overdue Payments — List of tenants with outstanding rent.
- Maintenance Overview — Summary of open tickets by priority.
- Compliance Alerts — Certificates expiring soon.
Rearranging Widgets
- Click the Customise button on the dashboard.
- Drag widgets to rearrange their order.
- Toggle widgets on or off to show only what you need.
- Click Save Layout.
Widget Settings
Some widgets have additional settings:
- Portfolio Summary — Choose which metrics to display.
- Recent Activity — Filter by activity type.
- Quick Actions — Choose which buttons appear.
Default Date Range
Set the default date range for dashboard data:
- Click the date selector on the dashboard.
- Choose your preferred range (This Week, This Month, This Quarter).
- The dashboard remembers your selection.
Tip: Put the Overdue Payments and Compliance Alerts widgets at the top — these are the items most likely to need your immediate attention.
