Custom Reports
When the standard reports do not cover your needs, build a custom report with exactly the data you want.
Creating a Custom Report
- Go to Reports > Custom.
- Click New Report.
- Configure the report:
- Name — Give your report a descriptive title.
- Data Source — Choose from payments, expenses, leases, properties, or maintenance.
- Date Range — Select the time period.
- Properties — All or specific properties.
- Columns — Select which data fields to include.
- Group By — Optionally group by property, month, category, or tenant.
- Sort — Choose the sort order.
- Click Generate.
Saving Reports
After generating a custom report, click Save Report to keep the configuration. Saved reports appear in your Reports > Saved list and can be re-run at any time with updated data.
Sharing
Click Share to send a report link to team members. They can view the report with the latest data each time they open the link.
Templates
Latch provides several report templates to get you started:
- Vacancy Report, Lease Expiry Report, Contractor Spend Report, Maintenance Summary.
Tip: Save custom reports that you run regularly and use the scheduling feature to receive them automatically by email.
