Managing Organisation Workspace Settings

Organisation settings control how your team collaborates inside Latch.

What You Can Manage

• Workspace name and branding details.
• Member list and role assignments.
• Pending invitations and resends.
• Access history and audit-related activity.

Recommended Setup

1. Keep at least two admins for continuity.
2. Use invitations from workspace settings so access is tracked centrally.
3. Review member permissions monthly.

Invitation Flow

1. Open Settings and go to your team or organisation section.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Choose the correct role before sending.
4. Track invite status and resend if needed.

Audit and Governance

Use activity and audit views to confirm:

• Who changed critical settings.
• Who invited or removed members.
• When sensitive actions happened.

Tip: Assign finance and operations users only the permissions they need to reduce accidental changes.
