Bank Settings and Sync
Manage your connected bank accounts and control how transactions are imported.
Accessing Bank Settings
Go to Settings > Banking or Payments > Bank Settings.
Connected Accounts
You will see a list of all connected bank accounts with:
- Account Name — The name of the bank account.
- Bank — The financial institution.
- Last Synced — When transactions were last imported.
- Status — Connected, Needs Reconnection, or Disconnected.
Sync Options
- Auto Sync — Transactions are imported automatically once per day.
- Manual Sync — Click Sync Now to import the latest transactions immediately.
Reconnecting
If a connection expires (this can happen for security reasons), you will see a Needs Reconnection status:
- Click Reconnect.
- Follow the Open Banking flow to re-authenticate.
- Transactions will resume importing.
Disconnecting
To remove a bank connection:
- Click Disconnect next to the account.
- Confirm the action.
Note: Disconnecting does not delete previously imported transactions. Your historical data is preserved.
Tip: If you notice missing transactions, try a manual sync first. If the issue persists, reconnect your bank account.
