How to view, search, and manage imported bank transactions.

Viewing Bank Transactions
Once your bank is connected, transactions appear automatically in the Payments section.
Accessing Transactions
- Click Payments in the sidebar.
- Select the Transactions tab.
Transaction List
Each transaction shows:
- Date — When the transaction occurred.
- Description — The bank's description of the transaction.
- Amount — The transaction amount (positive for income, negative for expenses).
- Status — Matched, Unmatched, or Excluded.
Searching and Filtering
- Search — Find transactions by description or amount.
- Date Range — Filter to a specific period.
- Status — Show only matched, unmatched, or excluded transactions.
- Type — Filter by income or expense.
Transaction Actions
- Match — Link an unmatched transaction to a payment or expense.
- Create Payment — Create a new payment record from a transaction.
- Create Expense — Create a new expense record from a transaction.
- Exclude — Mark a transaction as not relevant (e.g. personal transactions).
Tip: Review your unmatched transactions weekly to keep your records up to date and catch any missed payments.
