Managing Connected Services
View and manage all your third-party integrations from a single settings page.
Accessing Integration Settings
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
Connected Services Overview
The page shows all available integrations with their status:
- Connected (green) — Active and working.
- Needs Attention (amber) — Requires re-authentication or has an issue.
- Not Connected (grey) — Available but not yet set up.
Available Integrations
- Gmail / Outlook — Email sending.
- Google Calendar — Event syncing.
- Bank Feed (Open Banking) — Transaction importing (coming soon).
- Xero / QuickBooks — Accounting software sync (coming soon).
Disconnecting a Service
- Click on the connected service.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the action.
Disconnecting does not delete data already imported or synced — it only stops future synchronisation.
Reconnecting
If a connection expires or needs re-authentication:
- Click Reconnect next to the service.
- Follow the authentication flow.
- The connection is restored.
Troubleshooting
- Sync not working — Try disconnecting and reconnecting.
- Permission errors — Ensure you granted all required permissions during setup.
- Data not appearing — Allow 24 hours for initial sync to complete.
Tip: Check the Integrations page monthly to ensure all connections are healthy — expired connections can cause missing data.
