Navigating the Sidebar

Learn about each section of the sidebar navigation and what you can access from it.

The sidebar is your primary navigation tool in Latch. It appears on the left side of the screen and gives you quick access to every feature.

Dashboard — Your portfolio overview and activity feed.
Properties — Manage all your properties and units.
Contacts — Your tenant, contractor, and supplier directory.
Payments — View and record rent payments.
Expenses — Track and categorise property expenses.
Maintenance — Create and manage maintenance tickets.
Documents — Upload and organise property documents.
Reports — Generate rent roll, P&L, and custom reports.

Additional Features

Marketplace — Create and manage property listings.
Inbox — View messages and notifications.
AI Agent — Chat with the AI assistant for help and automation.

Bottom Section

Settings — Account preferences, team management, and integrations.
Help — Quick link to this Help Center.

On smaller screens or when you want more space, click the collapse icon at the top of the sidebar. This reduces it to icon-only mode. Click again to expand.
