Getting started with Latch takes just a few minutes.

Steps to Create Your Account

During sign-up you will be asked whether you are a Landlord or Tenant. This determines which dashboard and features you see by default.

Landlord: Full access to property management, payments, expenses, reports, and the AI agent.
Tenant: Access to the Tenant Portal where you can view your property, report maintenance, and message your landlord.

Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers. We recommend using a password manager for added security.

Tip: You can change your role or account details at any time from Settings > Profile.
