How to use search, filters, and sorting to find documents quickly.

Searching and Filtering Documents
Find any document in your library quickly using search and filters.
Search
The search bar at the top of the Documents page searches across:
- Document name — The title you gave the document.
- Content — Text extracted from PDFs and Word documents.
- Labels — Any labels applied to the document.
- AI Summary — The AI-generated summary text.
Results update as you type.
Filters
Use the filter controls to narrow your view:
- Property — Show documents linked to a specific property.
- Label — Filter by one or more labels.
- Type — Filter by file type (PDF, image, Word, etc.).
- Date — Uploaded within a specific date range.
- Linked Entity — Show documents linked to leases, contacts, or tickets.
Sorting
Sort the document list by:
- Date Uploaded — Newest or oldest first.
- Name — Alphabetical order.
- Size — Largest or smallest first.
- Last Modified — Most recently changed first.
Saved Filters
Save frequently used filter combinations:
- Apply your desired filters.
- Click Save Filter.
- Name the saved filter.
- Access it from the Saved Filters dropdown next time.
Tip: Use content search to find specific clauses or terms within your lease agreements and contracts.
