Searching and Filtering Contacts

As your contact list grows, use search and filters to find the right person quickly.

Search

The search bar at the top of the Contacts page lets you search by:

• Name — First name, last name, or both.
• Email — Full or partial email address.
• Phone — Phone number.
• Company — Company name.

Results update as you type.

Filters

Use the filter controls to narrow your view:

By Type

Filter to show only:

• Tenants
• Contractors
• Suppliers
• Agents
• Other

By Property

Filter contacts associated with a specific property.

By Status

View contacts based on their current status:

• Active — Currently linked to an active lease or recent ticket.
• Inactive — No current active associations.

Sorting

Sort the contacts list by:

• Name (A-Z or Z-A)
• Date Added (newest or oldest first)
• Type

Exporting Contacts

Click the Export button to download your contact list as a CSV file, which you can open in a spreadsheet.

Tip: Use the type filter to quickly find all your contractors when you need to assign someone to a maintenance ticket.
