Rent Chasing with AI

The AI Agent can automate the process of chasing late rent payments, saving you time and ensuring consistent follow-up.

How It Works

1. Open the AI Agent chat.
2. Ask: "Chase overdue rent" or "Which tenants haven't paid this month?"
3. The Agent identifies all overdue payment periods.
4. For each overdue tenant, the Agent can:
   • Show you the amount owed and how overdue it is.
   • Draft a chase email with a professional, customisable tone.
   • Send the email directly to the tenant (with your approval).

Customising Chase Messages

The Agent drafts emails based on:

• The tenant's name and the amount owed.
• How many days overdue the payment is.
• Whether this is a first reminder or a follow-up.

You can review and edit the draft before sending, or ask the Agent to adjust the tone (friendly, firm, formal).

Chase Workflow

1. First Reminder — Friendly reminder 3 days after the due date.
2. Second Reminder — Firmer tone at 7 days overdue.
3. Final Notice — Formal notice at 14+ days overdue.

Using the Rent Chaser Blueprint

Activate the Rent Chaser blueprint from the Agent settings to enable automated chase workflows that run on a schedule.

Tip: Ask the Agent to "chase all overdue rent" at the start of each week to stay on top of arrears without manual effort.
