Agent Memory and Context
The AI Agent builds understanding of your portfolio and preferences over time through its memory system.
How Memory Works
The Agent remembers:
- Conversation history — Previous questions and answers within the current session.
- Long-term memories — Important facts and preferences saved across sessions.
- Portfolio context — Your properties, tenants, leases, and financial data.
What Gets Remembered
The Agent may save long-term memories about:
- Your preferred communication style (formal vs friendly).
- Frequently referenced properties or tenants.
- Your typical workflows and preferences.
- Important dates or deadlines you have mentioned.
Viewing Memories
- Open the AI Agent settings.
- Click Memory.
- View all stored memories.
- Delete any memories you no longer want the Agent to retain.
Context Within Conversations
Within a single conversation, the Agent maintains full context. You can:
- Ask follow-up questions without repeating details.
- Reference "that property" or "the tenant I just mentioned."
- Build on previous answers with deeper questions.
Starting Fresh
To start a conversation without previous context, click New Chat. Long-term memories still apply, but the conversation history is reset.
Tip: If the Agent seems to be using outdated information, check the Memory section and delete any stale entries.
