Editing Property Details

You can update any property's details at any time.

Steps

1. Navigate to Properties and select the property you want to edit.
2. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) or go to the Edit tab.
3. Update any fields you need to change:
   • Property name, address, or type.
   • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
   • Photos (add new or remove existing).
   • Description and notes.
4. Click Save Changes.

Editable Sections

From the property edit page you can also update:

• Valuation — Current market value and purchase price.
• Mortgage — Lender, rate, monthly payment, and term details.
• Insurance — Provider, policy number, and renewal date.
• Notes — Free-text notes visible only to your team.

Property Photos

• Upload photos by dragging and dropping or clicking the upload area.
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
• The first photo becomes the property thumbnail in the list view.

Tip: Keeping property details up to date helps the AI agent provide accurate valuations and insights.
