Setting Up Your First Property
After creating your account you will be guided through the onboarding flow, which helps you add your first property.

- Property Details — Enter the property name, address, and type (house, flat, HMO, etc.).
- Units — If your property has multiple units, add them now. You can always add more later.
- Photos — Upload photos of the property. These will appear on the property detail page.
- Valuation — Optionally enter the current market value and purchase price.
- Review — Confirm the details and click Save Property.
What Happens Next
Once your property is saved you can:
- Create a lease and link a tenant.
- Start recording payments and expenses.
- Set up compliance certificates and insurance details.
Skipping Onboarding
If you prefer to explore the app first, you can skip the onboarding and add a property later from Properties > Add Property.
Tip: Adding accurate address details helps the AI agent provide better insights about your portfolio.
